Hextech Veigar skin idea

I dont know if someone has already submitted this skin but this guy has absolutely amazing skin concepts. And in my opinion one if the best is his idea of Hextech Veigar. I know Veigar already has a legendary skin but it just looks so awesome. Even his other concepts are creative and pretty well done. You can check out his YouTube channel :-) But in the end i really want Riot to make Hextech Veigar ( or just a similar skin to this ) happen. What do you think about this skin idea?^^
