HEXTEC CRAFTING ( idea)

I have owned all champions for quite a while now and im sitting on 3 shards that are all sparkly and useless. i was wondering for people like me who own all champions and have an absurd amount of ip who then buy the new champs as soon as they come out anyway.... can you make it so we can roll those champion shards into a random skin? or atleast disenchant them into orange dust? also since there are alot of us that have an absurd amount of ip laying around maybe make it so we can buy skins chests keys etc for like 10k ip ( make use of an outdated currency and allow people to feel like it matters again).
