Dear Riot, Reward the Players in Someway

Before you downvote this thread, hear me out. As an avid MOBA player, I spend time going to different games in the same genre. I mostly play League and Smite, which are my two favorite games in the MOBA category. Playing Smite is fun with friends and I've noticed that these two games are similar yet different.

But before you downvote this thread saying "No we don't need change" or other things, listen to some things I want to say.

In Smite, there are these weekly missions or quests that you can accomplish to earn some rewards like Favor(the Smite version of IP) or Gems in some cases(RP in Smite) but there is a cap on the number of quests. Now if some of you reading this are saying, "they give RP for playing?", yes that's true HOWEVER it only happens every once in a while or during events like Double Everything Weekends or Gem Parties. I like how Smite does that and wish Riot does something like this. Of course, the rewards are little with some quests giving at least 150 favor and special quests that give 30- 50 gems, but that would be pretty cool if the community benefits from getting small rewards each week. My version of this weekly rewards system should be the same amount of IP given like Smite(300-500 for both completed quests and type of quests) and the same amount of RP given out (30-50) and maybe implement rewards regarding Hextech Crafting(now you can get a key for playing instead of farming for fragments). Now some people may say, " But if you're getting free RP every week, then you could just never buy RP and farm for those quests." In order to prevent this, Riot could swap rewards every other week, meaning one week you get the 50 RP or special quest reward, and the other week you can get 750 or 1000 IP for completing the quests you got in that week.

Now, I know there are some toxic players out there and some people may be wondering how to deal with their rewards. A simple way would to flag any toxic account for this system, and reduce their rewards. For example, if someone has a chat restriction or has been banned recently, they should still be able to get these rewards too but their rewards should be halved or they should get different rewards than the RP and other special rewards. If their behavior starts to improve, they should be taken off this list and be given 3 chances to keep their good behavior up for their rewards. If their behavior deteriorates, they will be put back to the reduced rewards party and if this happens 3 times, they should be revoked of their rewards ENTIRELY until they become positive. If this happens and they become toxic, the only fair thing to do is to revoke their rewards PERMANENTLY. If you're hurting other players, then you're also hurting yourself from getting these rewards.

This is all I have in mind right now, but please tell if you guys think this is a good idea or if this idea needs change.
