@Riot: Will Talon ( Old Champs) get a Skin anytime soon?

First time using the boards even though i played since season 2, sad i know. Earlier this week i saw a post of someone asking if Cass will get a skin since she is in the Mage re-work/update and might be more popular along with the other mages. Then a Riot employee answered saying that she was potentially being worked on, hinting on a Snow-down skin. then the started exchanging ideas. So i was thinking the same with talon, Talon is and old champion that hasten had a skin in almost 2 years ( not counting SSW Talon, still the best skin imo) And with rumors of assassin getting the next update around November . Could talon get a skin there are a lot good ideas for talon such as Snowstorm Talon(Blades made out of of ice/snow flake like Sivir) or Blood moon,Project,Headhunter etc... My friends and i have tons of ideas. One of my friends thought of the idea of making Legendary skins for old champs like , , ,, to make up for the long time of not having a skin.
