New rammus skin

That long time and he doesn't even have a single skin above 975 RP. It's really kinda sad. [sg-soraka]

I hope that he gets his VGU soon so that he gets his skins reworked to be awesome and he is on the skin table again.

New skin! And VGU! Well, VGU first. Rammus has no head or discernible limbs, no features beyond his spherical silhuette, and no speech. Make him a ninja with katanas and mask, make him king, battlecast or project or bloodmoon, almost everything disappear in game because of its frame. Almost any noticeble change between skins in game is the general color. A work around? Sterak's, Gargoyle... will make you big enough to see features :-)

The Full Metal is a nice exception, his Q and R got a metalic shredding sound effect and his R got saw discs. It is good enough. Note his silhuete stays the same.

Easy poor new skin: you can make him a snitch and add wings when powerball, if you use whataver existing gold chroma on classic, nobody will notice the difference. No, don't do this.
