Xikav - the Scrap Lord

Lore: Name: Xikav Anoraven Home: Zaun Bio: Grew up on outskirts of Zuan in a junkyard, joined local gangs, has had previous relations to Jinx. Extremely resourcful and deadly if engaging unprepared. Markings have been showing up in Piltover, similer to his signiture ";}".

Police Report - Vi: Caught the guy, reconized him at first sight, used to be similer ranking to me in the gang. After interrigating him he casually told me that hes been in contact with Jinx. He also said that hes been helping keep Me and Cait offa her trail. Detonating bridges, causing massive pile ups, ect. Hauled him off to a holding cell, next day there was a massive hole in his cell, with his signiture marking. He left nothing behind that he couldn't use from the holding cell, not surprised though. Thats typical of him Xikav left nothing to chance, nor to waste.

Ranged - Support, Marksman AD/Tank Scaling

Passive: Resourceful (Side note, parts are renamed Steps) Step 1: Salvage Xikav uses Scrap instead of Mana, this resource is generated based on his gold per 10 stat (gold per 10 = Scrap per second) Xikav's abilities can help replenish Scrap Xikav can store 100 Scrap at a time Step 2: Surplus Xikav can store 0-400 Surplus Scrap at a time based on Xikav's Level, Surplus Scrap does NOT naturally generate, and must be gained from Abilities. Surplus Scrap is used by abilities actives and damaging passives Step 3: Scrap When Xikav has 100+ Scrap, his next basic attack deals 50% of his bonus AD as Physical AOE damage to nearby targets, this damage is also based on distace to the target hit (50%-10%, from 0-300 units away) this consumes 100 Scrap, can only trigger onces every 25-10 seconds based on Xikav's level, and does NOT apply to Xikav's target. Step 4: Store Xikav gains bonus gold for nearby Large Minions, Monsters, and Epic Monsters dying nearby him. +10 gold for Large Minions, + 5 gold for Monsters, and +50 gold for Epic Monsters, This effect does not activate when Xikav kills the target.

Q - Salvage Burst: Cost: 10% of Current Scrap. Low Cd Passive: Xikav gains 20% of Scrap and Surplus Scrap spent as gold, this effect can only occure once every 30 seconds. Active: Xikav launches a large chunk of Scrap at a target location, on impact targets take moderate physical damage based on 200% of scrap used + 20% of bonus AD

W - Hextech Salvage: Cost: 50 Scrap. High CD Passive: Xikav gains up to double his base armor and magic resist based on his Scrap Active: Xikav fasions a makeshift Hextech weapon out of his Scrap, then gives it to an ally of his choice. This weapon gives the ally 10-40 (based on leve) bonus AD + 5% of Xikavs total AD, if the target ally has 100% or more AP then AD, this bonus is converted to AP (50% effectiveness)

E - Scrap Shards: Cost: 10% of Current Scrap. Low CD Passive: While this ability is off cooldown, Xikav consumes 5% of his current Scrap every 3rd hit to deal 10-50 bonus physical damage + 100% of Scrap consumed Active: Xikav shoots a target with a chunk of scrap, reducing the targets armor by 10-40 Flat at ranks 1-4 and 20% total at rank 5 for 4 seconds targets who are delt physical damage damage during the duration restore Xikav's Scrap bar for 20% of the damage delt.

R - Scrap Lord: Cost: 100% of Current Scrap. Average Teamfight focused Ult CD Xikav lines an entire region with shards of metal, causing enemies moving in the zone to take damage based on Scrap consumed + 25% of Bonus AD, and are semi-grounded (Leaps but not dashes can be used), enemies who use a jump in their animation take MASSIVE bonus damage 250/400/550 + 100% of Xikav's total AD when landing outside the zone, this damage is increased by 50% when landing inside.

Playstyle: Most of Xikav's power comes from having a very high amount of Scrap and Surplus Scrap, making his e a core ability to have, in fact, leveling it and keeping at at level 4 until mid-late game is actually very powerful, giving you and your team the mid game power they want, and late game turn into a tank shreading monster. Your q, altough great for lane harrass, really a suffers from being weak early game without high amounts or Surplus or bonus AD, however it constantly scales to become very strong later on in the game, due to it having no BASE damage, but very high Scrap scaling. His w is his major source of power in lane, giving his ADC ally a huge boost in AD for early trades, and for late game team fights. His Ult however, is a Rengars worst nightmare for getting a clean kill, that ult can easily chunk down most champions who want to detonate a nuclear bomb on him and his squishy backline buddies, Ontop of that, the DoT for just moving inside of it scales similarly to Deathfire Grasps AP ratio, 25% of BONUS AD instead of total AD

Idea of why I thought of this: Me and my friends every once in a while if we feel like having fun, play Jinx and Pantheon bot, which got me thinking, "Hey, League doesn't have an offical AD support, unless you REALLY want to count Ashe as one, why not make a kit that could work as an AD support."
