whichever champs look ugly/not cool to you is highly subjective, and even so, not every champ needs to not be ugly. Diversity in designs is good, and sometimes that means making champs that aren't particularly pretty. plus, shouldn't monsters be allowed to be cool looking too, not just champs?

it be kool if he was a champion hes ult will be like he can shoot a laser to a tower and make kinda the same affects as item 3056 or he can put down a item 3512 but not like it just kinda like it that will be fun!
