Kha'zix has a dark star skin and the star guardians are the counterpart to dark star does that mean we get star guardian Rengar so he can be kha's absolute counter?

No. Just no. Next Star Guardians according to the leak are Syndra and Ezreal. Besides that: No.
Frankly there's no indication in the first place that Star Guardian skins and Dark Star skins have anything to do with each other besides the word "star". I mean, magical girls and eldritch cosmic horrors don't exactly fit together. The Cosmic line would make way more sense as a counterpart to Dark Star (and now that I think about it, I could totally see a Cosmic Something or other Renger being totally bitchin')
