SOLO QUEUE, Game Policy/Rules, Individual Scoring!

Why Why Why! I remember when League of Legends came out was an awesome Game, now with the Years it seemed so get worse n worse in a sense of, the game itself, rules, policy, n etc! No New MAPS out not one, barely a little change on the existing Map, that's WAKE, with all the Money Riot makes of us, you guys are delivering a poor work! Especially when it comes to the SOLO QUEUE! why do Good Players Get punished if they did well in a match? it's not my fault that you guys pair me up with scrub players with low lvl skills! I'm so sick of this system the way it works, and you guys are responsible for this and making it this way, "a riot member said well you playing as a team" and I said that true, BUT it's not like I can Choose with who to QUEUE in with, I get matched with "similar" player he says! which is BS.... in many matches I performed my best had a good score, but if the team is to bad n heavy I can't win, and even that I did great and had a good score I get demoted, that's BS in my opinion, regarding you play as a TEAM, which u do but you get Queued with random people, it's not your fault that he or she sucks, so there should be a Solo/Individual score, in which they see each player score and according to that score he should get rewarded and not according to the match as a whole which yells everyone's scores! it's very simple, if someone did bad, well he deserves to get demoted, but in my opinion if the player does well in a match bus till loses the match because of his teammates he should be rewarded and get promoted, because at the end it says Solo Queue, meaning YOUR ability n skills no someone elses! this is why many good players are hard stuck in low scrub Elo with scrub players! not even High Elo players can get out in a low Elo making godlike plays because i have seen it! so you guys think it's all good to be stuck because of other scrub skilled players who are holding you back. this has to change. i wish there was a section to report RIOT for having awfull system, and the funny thing is you guys always think you know best, which obviously is not the case as we can see.
