A lightning skin for yasuo. His q could be a tornado with lightning or just lightning. His w would be a wall of electricity. His e would have special particles for his lightning fast dashes. His r would have him turn into lightning and bolt to the target, maybe with a thunderclap sound effect. Theme colors would be white, gold, blue.
