Replace Dominion???

Hey guys, a friend of mine told me that Riot is getting rid of the game mode: Dominion. Dominion was a capture the territory style mode that didn't really catch on with the LOL community. Well, regardless of this info being true or not, I have an idea. I have played so many games where the losing team says, " gg team sucks can't carry noobs." Now while this is very common in lower elos, it does occasionally happen higher up. So here is my idea for those salty people, and the rest of the community: 1V1. Just like how the all stars did it, I think it is about time we introduce a 1v1 game mode in LOL. So if you don't like working with a team, you can prove yourself to be a skilled and mechanically good player on your own. There could even be a ranking system attached to it. Tell me what you think.
