Caitlyn rework/ buff

her passive currently is fine

Q - should be able to crit and applie on hit effects, so she can life steal off of it and gain critical chance 10/20/30/40/50% per target.

W- take off that bonus damage and give us back the regular traps.

E is fine.

R- caitlyn ult should also crit and life steal.
