Currency conversion - RP----IP

Does anyone else think that it would be a good idea for Riot to implement a system that allows us summoners to convert all or some of our remaining Rp into Ip. Because i always find myself with 80 or less Rp remaining from purchases and it always sits there for months just doing nothing!!! and 80 Rp is about $1.10 so that's like super important to me.....
