Trading?

I believe that we should be able to trade stuff. For example: you buy a mystery skin for yourself. The magical chest is opening aaaaand.... you get a damn urgot skin. You don't even play urgot. You think he should be deleted as a champion because he is almost never played. BUT, your best friend is an Urgot main. He absolutely loves Urgot and has like 10 million champion points with him. Too bad he's too poor to afford a skin. This is where trading comes in. I believe that trading with be a convenience to this game. You can limit it to skins only because if you give someone champions, then it wouldn't be fair because you can just buy them all the champions. You can even just let people trade Skin Shards instead of actual skins. I don't know. this was just a thought. I just want to see what Riot has to say about this. There could be many problems of course. There could be scamming. But there should be limits to the trading. Like you can't give someone a skin for free. They have to pay you at least 1 RP or something like that.
