great skin idea for xerath

Alright last idea i got for low playrate champ, high explosive xerath, w drops a bomb in the center and the surrounding explosion is the outer w hitbox, e throws a sticky grenade and ult is individual bombs that hit in a circle. And his q since there's not much you can do with it could be colored red or could be a line of fire. And his model could be like ziggs where he has explosives hanging off him and a jacket and his energy could be orange/red. xerath would fit having another skin perfectly becuase his guardian of the sands came out a long time ago and is the newest one he has. and he has a low play rate right now but is picking up play rate becuase of zwag, (a high elo xerath player gaining more attention from youtube videos) and he is weak enough from the oblivion orb nerfs and absolute focus nerfs where he could get a buff along with his skin to bring him closer to the rest of the mid champions power.
