Smooth Criminal Twisted Fate

I know that recently Twisted Fate got a new skin (Blood Moon) but honestly this skin should have came a long time ago, Smooth Criminal Twisted Fate because lets face it he is the closest thing in league to M.J. the King of Pop himself. I believe that should this discussion get to the front Riot will consider making this. I know that twisted fate got the Gangnam Style for his dance and talon got M.J.'s dance moves (which is silly). But I can see TF getting a Smooth Criminal skin for league.
