Mizuty, The FANBLADE Warrior Moves Passive(changed)- "self control/psych up" Mizuty's armor and magic resist increase by 2 for every kill, her AP by 2 increase for each champion kills Mizuty's Fan will grow larger doing 1.5x magic damage most of the stack will go away if she is defeated.

Q- Fan Throw- Mizuty throws her Fan causing damage, if its an enemy champion it explode and enemies taking extra damage. level 1- 150 damage(ap)- level 1- 150. 18-300

W-Full Moon- Mizuty put her fans together and create a psychic shield defending her allies after 4 seconds she stomp the Fans into the Ground and pushes enemies away and reducing the speed of the enemy who gets hit.level 1- 80 damages level 18- 150

E- Iron Fan- a 3 hit combo. Mizuty does a combo with her fans. first hit 100 damage second hit 250 damage 3rd 350 damage

R- Fan's Sphere Mizuty walks slowing ( I totally see this like, her hands are glowing while using her powers to control the fans) while Her Fan route around her taking a wide space causing massive damage. Level 6 300 damage level 16 500/per sec damage.

Stats(again i hope I'm not making her too strong, but if they picked her they can decide her stats lol) level 1 HP: 400 mana: 500 Attack: 50 AP: 55 attack speed : .560 movement: 350 health regen: 4.8 mana regen: 5 armor: 50 MR: 55

Level 18 HP: 1550 Mana: 1600 Attack: 150 Ap: 250 attack speed: 1.450 movement: 400 Armor: 100 MR: 105

Mizuty's Lore

Mizuty knew she wasn't like the rest of her village. She learned about her psychic powers but didnt know how to control it. Now an outcast, Mizuty decided to leave her town and find a better place for her. In her travels she seem she couldnt find a nice place where they would accept her for who she is and control her powers. One day Mizuty was attack by a bunch of bandits,she felt something awake deep inside of her. It was her power growing even stronger and not know hot to use them she killed them all.

But one day Mizuty was SOO hungry, she had no choice but to steal food using her new powers. An old gentlemen was passing by. Mizuty attack the old men, But the old me knock her out in 4 seconds. Once mizuty woke up in a strange place. This mysterious man introduce himself, Mizuty apologize for her action she was just hungry. The old me was Tie Shan a master of the tessenjutsu, he was legendary. Master Tie Shan(means Iron Fan in Chinese) felt petty for Mizuty's story that he agree to helped her out, teaching to control her power through the art of the Fan.

after Year of training Mizuty have become a master herself of the Tessenjutsu and finally knew how to control her powers channenling through her fans. She is always carrying Tengu and Ganryu, her Iron fan's name(btw those name are from warriors that used the tessenjutsu art in battle in the 16th hundreds in japan, I though it would awesome named the fan after master themselves of this amazing art.) She joined to League of Legends to change the world and gain respect for the Tessenjutsu art and Herself.
