[Champion Concept] Remei, The Hollow Man

Remei worked as an assistant at a Zuan research center. He did what he was told, for better or worse, which eventually lead him to be the unaware test subject for a psychological experiment, in hopes of turning him into a soldier under the control of the mad scientists Singed.

His waking mind faded over the following months, but his dreams became more and more vivid with every night. Until one night his dream didn't end. Remei's conciousness managed to escape his dream, into the subconsciousness of others.

Now he appears as a phantom in the eyes those around him and he jumps from mind to mind, in hopes of reuniting with his body, or at least what's left of it.

Side note: His body was that guy who was man handling Ekko in the cinematic.

Melee Support/Tank

Passive - Dreamscapes: Remei has increased movement speed, tenacity, and ignores unit collision.

Q - Nightmares: Remei's passive is disabled for 2 seconds and after 2 seconds Remei deals X% their max health in magic damage while also briefly fleeing and removing the buffs of all enemies in a cone in front of him.

W - Mind's Assault: Remei jumps into an allied champion or siege minion, briefly shielding them for X% of Remei's max health and making their next basic attack hit 3 times in a single attack, each for 50% their intended damage (basically having 7.5 attack speed for a split second.) After Remei can launch himself in a target direction, dealing X plus X% the combined ap of Remei and his ally in magic damage to the first target hit in a target direction.

E - Rage/Drain of the Subconscious: Remei places an area that manifests the dreams and nightmares of others, temporarily increasing the rate at which an ally's "resource" (Mana, Energy, Rage, Blood, Health, etc.) increases while in the area, or temporarily decrease the resources of an enemy in the area and when the enemy leave the area, their resource is slowly recovered.

(Q can be cast after to reduce the replenishing effect.)

R - Possession: Remei can only activate this near a recently killed enemy or allied champion. Once activated, Remei will jump into the body of the deceased champion, temporarily replacing his stats and abilities with theirs for several seconds. The health the possessed champion can get is equal to the current health of Remei. If the body Remei is possessing is killed again, Remei's health is reduced by the total health of the champion he possessed, but never below 1.
