Lately the compositions being played are shield the carry comps, some teams run two to three shielding champions and its difficult to deal with sometimes. Perhaps create an item that negates shielding or weakens shielding to try to counteract these types of compositions.
Grievous Wounds is already iffy, having stuff that full on negates shields would cripple a bunch of champions all together. I think more physical/magical split shields might be an interesting step.
35 +35 per lvl shield so lets say lvl 10 so 35+350 sheild is a shield of 385 but only last for 2.5 seconds... either wait out and bait the shield... or do more damage then the shield provides...
shields are there to negate damage... if you do more damage then the shield then you negate the shield
i mean... TECHNICALLY getting more dmg... is counter acting shields.. O_o
Riot just released an idea to possibly turn locket into a item thats shield is based upon the Armor and MR that champion using the item has instead of flat level scaling. Theyre doing this because supports are just buying it every game no matter what champ theyre playing. Also redemptions heal is being changed also. However not on the pbe yet just in the works for upcoming patches.
