Spending Small Amounts of RP

I have spent lots of money on League buying Riot Points and when I've finished buying what I wanted to buy I have ended up with like 10 RP-100 RP, To use up this RP I was thinking of something like adding a Lottery feature or a Scratch Card feature, You can spend your low amounts of RP by doing so and in return you may get various amounts of IP or even something like a Shard for a champ or a key shard and maybe a Crate if you're super lucky.. This way It's not buying RP for IP and it's not completely useless for people who have played for years and have leftover IP that they can't spend, I don't know. Just a thought that came to me when I used all of my RP up the other day, Thanks.
