Necromancer Ivern that siphons souls from jungle camps? Bush can look yellow-grayish and dead, and ultimate could be similar to something depicted above.

This is a pretty cool skin with the whole wizard theme to it, and I think if the skin was purple/blue (Ryze colour) I would like it more, but that's just my opinion.
