Turning off spec delay in custom games

I don't know why this isn't already a feature. If you were to try to 5v5 with friends and try to have someone commentate it would be 3 minutes delayed and I don't understand what downsides there would be to this in custom games. There was even a vote for this in 2012 that wasn't looked over by and riot staff.
