Ability Idea

Somewhere i read that one of the rioters wanted to make a vampire assassin that is not Vladimir and because of that i had an idea for one of his or her abilities, an assassin is supposed to have mobility so i have an idea for his E which would be his mobility ability. The ability would be that him or her turns into a swarm of bats and dashes to a location, but the dash wouldn't require a target to dash to like Yasuo's E or Katarina's E the dash would be like Akali's ultimate where you point and click to dash, say in the fog of war or something. and maybe enemies who get hit by the dash get on hit affects like a fear or slow or something along the lines of that.
