Champion Kit Concept (Suggestions Appreciated) [Incomplete]

Info: Goal was to create a Psychic AD Caster that assaults targets with telepathic mind bolts. Much more ability focused with impressive range potential late game in conjunction with the ranged Q as well as a good amount of single target CC. Very much a lane bully as well and a decent learning curve. Really would like suggestions, not "OMG this is op" I mean this is just the outline, asking for suggestions on stats and just overall balance ideas and anything anyone would like to contribute to the idea. Also for a bit of clarification wanted to make Wave-Clear a weakness for this character which is why Q doesn't damage minions.) Stats:

Passive: Psychic Reach Killing Minions and Champions grant bonus Auto-Attack range and Mind Lash range, however [ChampionName] only gains 40% of bonus Attack Speed from items. Champions: 5 Bonus Range Siege Minion: 3 Minion: 1
Q: Mind Lash: Releases a long ranged line projectile that only damages champions and passes through units. (This would look like an empowered version of the psychic auto-attack) Deals 50/95/140/185/230 AD damage (+100% of Bonus AD) to all Champions it hits. Does not interrupt auto-attack animation and can be cast while moving and auto-attacking. Range: 800 Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4
W: Levitate: (Passive) Auto-attacking builds up psychic energy, upon reaching 6 stacks the next basic attack will deal bonus AD damage and briefly lift the target into the air suspending them for 0.5/0.75/1.0/1.25/1.5/ Seconds. (120% of AD)
E: Telepathic Strings (Vector-Skillshot that can be drag and dropped anywhere within ability range in a line) [ChampionName] releases a blast of telepathic energy at a location that moves in a line and leaves behind an attack-able swirling vortex of psychic energy, if the projectile part of the ability hits a champion they take 70/120/220/270 (+100% AP) Magic Damage and are briefly tethered to the swirling vortex, which is located at the original cast point of the ability for 6 seconds. Auto-attacking this vortex 3 times will drag the tethered target to the vortex’s location. Range: 1000, Projectile Range: 550 Tether Break Range: 400 Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds
R: Psychic Imprint Passive: Your Mind Lash now leaves behind a swirling psychic imprints at the end cast point. These swirls are non interactable and only 5 can be out at once. Active: Casting this spell causes all your Mind Lash imprints to return to you, damaging anything in their path. Deals 90/135/180 AD damage (+40% AD) per imprint. Duration: Each Psychic Imprint last 30 seconds and creating a new one refreshes the duration of all active Psychic Imprints. Only 5 can be active at once the oldest fading upon casting over the limit. (Psychic energy looking strings are attached to [ChampionName] and all Psychic Imprints and are visable to all players, this is for one to create balance and show which direction these imprints can travel but also just adds a layer of weakness to this character as their general location is revealed to the enemy team if they are keeping track of the tethered direction.)
