Sem - The Blademaster Passive - every 10 seconds, Sem generates a shield that either blocks one ability or gives his next basic attack or ability an empowered effect. (x 1.125 damage) This effect is dispelled after it is used. Sem uses power instead of mana. Sem’s player model grows 5% for every 50 health he has. Q - Dashes to a target dealing 30/50/70/100/150 physical attack damage. Uses 30 power W - When active, grants Sem +5%/7%/10%/12%/15% attack damage. Is active for 10 seconds. Uses 20 power over 10 seconds E - three swords that converge upon a target champion, minion, or jungle buff dealing 40/60/80/100/160 physical attack damage. Uses 40 power R - activates for 5 seconds. When hit with an enemy champion’s ability while this ability is active, immediately ‘counter’ the ability having it deal 90% reduced damage and dash to the enemy in 1/.5/.2 seconds and deal 105%/110%/120% of the original damage dealt. Uses 100 power
Sem has 400 power in his secondary resource bar, scaling by 5% per level. (760 at level 18) He regens his power at +5 power per 2 seconds. He starts with 680 base health points with a regen rate of +1.125 per 3 seconds, scaling at 7% per level (1537 at level 18 + items)
