New voices for banned champions?

Simple idea, I am sure somebody has said it before so don't crucify me if I'm a broken record... BUT what about when you ban a champion in dynamic queue they say something? like how they say something when you pick them.

Would be a pretty nice addition, although I can't see this happening since it would require getting all of the voice actors for each champion back in again.
