Daymos: Redeemer of Strength.

Yo all, I was thinking of a champ concept that is about an Idealistic Noxian that seeks internal reform but is more of a noble guy that sees that Noxus is too obsessed with culling the weak instead to empowering those with potential. Gameplay wise, he is a melee that uses hybrid damage and true damage ult will being tanky.
Abilities.
Passive: HIdden balance: Daymos gains Ap per level and his AD and AP, as well his Armor and MR and now combined, gaining half the total sum of his offensive and defensive stats. Also, Daymos's Auto attacks deal 50% physical and 50% magic damage.
Horror spike: hurts a spike in a line that deals a small amount of damage to the target and after a short delay, causes Daymos to emit a row of spikes that seek out the first hit target and deal moderate amount of damage to anyone hit by them until it reaches the main target, dealing heavy damage to anyone in a small area
Equilibrium strike: deals 90% of the target's base AD and 100/105/110/115/120 of Bonus AD as damage and 50/52,5/55/57,5/60% of their AP, Equilibrium burst will chain to 1/2 targets every third and fifth rank for 80% of it's damage.
Mercy fall: Slows all targets in an area by 50% for 3 seconds that decay, and increases the damage done to them by 5/6.25/7.5/8.75/10% and causes for 3 seconds and causes any CC dealt to them to add another 3 seconds to the duration but any subsequent CC will only add 33.33 less time until none is added( 1st: 3 sec 2nd: + 3 sec 3rd: + 2 sec 4th: 1 sec 5th, 6th: 0 sec)
Sicken the heartless: Daymos for 10 seconds, will convert a percentage of his damage into true damage based on his target's missing health, dealing 0,5/0,75/1% per 1% of the target's missing health with his auto attacks, and a 1/4 of the effect to all of his abilities.
Backstory
Daymos was one of the many children of the slums of Noxus but unlike most of them, he never succumbed to the bitterness or cruelty that many of his contemporaries gained from the harshness of the slums. Instead He sought to retain his innocence and remain unbroken and carry his dreams and vision of a more pure Noxus. However many saw him as soft and weak, but compassion does not mean weakness, nor does it make anyone less willing to kill or fight for them as Daymos was a monster on the battlefield against Demacia. For to him they are the perversion of his dreams and sought to physically prove his ideal, by brutalizing them in ways that even the most harden Noxian found sicking.
In the end he has gained a reputation as a noble but brutal warrior, but also became a strong speaker among his people. professing that noxus has strength of power, magic and arms. But not strength of heart, soul and compassion. mocking the High command for being cowards that employed cruelty to mask their weakness, instead of giving the unruly a taste of their true power. Many Noxians find him to be a polarising figure. Some saw him as the key to Noxian world domination though a sound philosophy, other see him as a weakling or even think he is too advanced for noxus.
However the high command feared turning him into a Martyr, exiled Daymos in order to preserve the last of their honor, but in doing so, Daymos had the last laugh, by sending them a message saying "Thank you leaders, generals and aristocrats of Noxus for exiling me, for you have giving me an excuse to leave this hellhole of a nation you are so proud so. For now I can finally leave to improve an iron out any flaws of my beliefs. And when I return. pray you have become my true superiors, for you cannot kill without martyring me until then".
