An Item to Help Marksman (AKA A.D.C.)

I have a item suggestion for season 7 marksman

+ + 400gp Would make an item i call Archers Gloves

Its unique passive: is Ying-Yang When moving 1.5% of your max range gives you % Damage Reduction, When Basic Attacking 1.5% of your max range gives you bonus ad equal to the 1.5% of the amount

Two up grades of this increase the following Archers Gloves + + 250gp mackes its basic Attack % into 3% or more

Archers Gloves + + 250gp mackes its moving % into 3% or more

I hope the good folks at riot see this post because this item can help marksman with early gancks as a soft helping tool
