I want to buy either heimer or pantheon.

I would like to buy pantheon because he can block a lot of attacks and on early game I heard he is very good, and I want to buy heimer because he is just so op XD.

Who should I buy? (I have 3171 IP)

Save your IP so that you can keep up with the newest champions and buy runes with your excess IP.

Pantheon Can top/mid and jungle well. Heimer can top and mid well. Personally I prefer Heimerdinger as I have a hatred for pantheon. However, Pantheon is more flexible a champion.
