New Vel'koz Skin and Misc (PLZ!)

I have played this game since there were around 200,000 players total (a while back). One of my tops chars is Vel'koz who people don't play much, but I PLOW rookies with him haha.

I really want a silly Octopus/Jellyfish skin for him that would shoot ink,electricity etc. I think that would be SICK. It would be funny if he was his skin was comical kind of, but definitely an underwater creature like octopus or jellyfish. I would forsure pay for that guy, PLEASE!!!

P.S. another item like soulstealer but one for AD or Health would be awesome, I like the idea of rewarding individuals when they are good, but his allies blow.
