Can you guys speak with the community more often?

Sometimes it feels like you guys dont care since we never recieve a response from you on certain subjects unless on the rare occasion its in the patch notes. I'm aware they have a weekly Q/A but they only answer like 4 questions each and at least 1 of them is just a meme or a question thats outside of gameplay. I think you should just add a notification on each thread saying it has been seen by a rioter. or switching the Q/A over to the boards and doing it more often.
