[Champion Concept] Sigurd- The Queen's Guard
Sigurd- The Queen's Guard.
Lore- Sigurd was a young boy from Winter's Claw. As a child he often played with his friend Sejuani. As they winters of the Freljord seemingly grew ever colder each year his family died off one by one. As he sat by his dying father at the age of 11 a man wearing strange clothes walked into the tent. The man offered to take care of Sigurd until he was capable of taking take of himself. The man called himself Lito. Despite Sigurd's refusals his father forced him to leave. Years later he returned to the Freljord with two swords strapped to his back: a sword of true ice and a sword enchanted with flames that could never be doused. Despite being from the Winter's Claw tribe no one recognized or remembered him. As he came across Sejuani and learned she was the new leader he instantly took a knee, vowing to serve her for the rest of his life. Little did she or anyone know he had loved her since childhood and still did. After proving his mettle to her she accepted him as her personal guard where he could best serve her needs.
Passive: Bide Your Time- While suffering from a slow, stun, snare, root, or suppression Sigurd silences himself and takes a defensive stance, reducing all incoming damage by 10/20/30% at levels 1-6/7-12/13-18.
Q: Switch Blades (no cost. 5 second cooldown)- True Ice Sword: Sigurd's basic attacks deal (1.0 AD) physical damage and slow the target by 5/10/15/20/25% for 2.5 seconds. Blazing Sword: Sigurd's basic attacks deal (0.85 AD) physical damage but applies a burn effect on his opponent dealing (0.20 AD) magic damage over 3 seconds. The burn damage is doubled if the target is suffering crowd control and can only be applied once every 10 seconds. This ability MUST be taken first.
W: Winter's Demise (no cost. 20 second cooldown)- This ability can only be used while using the True Ice Sword. After 10 basic attacks Sigurd can execute a minion or large neutral monster below 20% health. Using this on a minion heals Sigurd for 3/6/9/12/15% of his missing health. Using it on a large monster does not heal him, but does give him +5 AD and +10 max hit points (up to a total of +100 AD and +200 HP). This ability cannot be used on champions or towers.
E: Frostbite (no cost. 12/11/10/9/8 second cooldown. 800 range)- Sigurd throws the sword he is currently using after channeling for 0.75 seconds to a target direction. If the sword hits an opponent it deals 60/100/140/180/220 (+0.35 AD) physical damage and one of the effects apply as well as on-hit effects. True Ice Sword: Sigurd roots the enemy as he drags himself to them and places himself on the other side of them. Blazing Sword: Sigurd drakes the enemy too himself. This ability can be blocked by spellshields, dodge, parry, and minions.
R: Blizzard Surge (no cost. 130/95/60 second cooldown. 250 range)- Sigurd rushes his target with both blades drawn, pushing them and himself back 750 units, dealing 200/400/600 points of damage, and applying both sword effects (slow and burn). Sigurd is immune to crowd control during his charge. Enemies other than the target that are hit during the rush take no damage but are knocked aside and slowed by 10/20/30% for 3 seconds.
