(Champion Concept) Roactar, the Legendary Hunter of Ionia

He is truly one with nature and is seen as one of the wisest men in existence. In-game, he makes use of the monsters within the Jungle to both help him clear the remaining monsters and hunt down the enemy team. Proper unit control and map awareness is vital when playing Roactar.
KIT Roactar, the Legendary Hunter of Ionia Role: Juggernaut (hybrid Marksman) Health- 600 (+90 per level) Health Regen.- 5.5 (+0.7 per level) Armor- 21 (+3.5 per level) Magic Resist- 30 (+0 per level) Movement Speed- 340 Attack Damage- 30 (+2 per level) Attack Speed- 0.675 (+3% per level) Attack Range- 400 (Ranged)
Passive- Kill Command Innate- Kill Command: Against enemy units below 15/20/25/30% max health, Roactar gains 250/275/300/325 increased basic attack range, deals 10/15/20/25 (+4/6/8/10% AD) (+5% AP) bonus on-hit physical damage, and marks the target for 2.5 seconds, revealing them and causing Animal Companions to slow the target by 6/6/9/12% (+1% per 100 AP) for 1 second with their basic attacks. Innate- Tamed Beasts: Roactar can tame monster camps with his abilities. Tamed camps will follow Roactar with 10 (+100% total movement speed) movement speed and will attack once commanded. Tamed monsters grant their killer 3 gold and Animal Companions grant their killer 10 gold. Monster camps are counted as dead once tamed and their respawn timers will begin immediately. Tamed monsters will remain tamed until death. Buff camps do not give their buff upon being killed. Animal Companions respawn 30 seconds after being killed at their respective tamed camp's current position or at Roactar's current position if Roactar has not tamed a camp with their respective buff. If Roactar dies, all Animal Companions and currently tamed monsters will die after a 2.5 second delay. Levels: 1/6/11/16
Ability 1- Beast Tame: Tusk Passive: Monster camps tamed with this ability gain 4/7/10/13/16% increased attack damage, 10/20/30/40/50% increased attack speed, and 15/25/35/45/55 flat movement speed. Active: Tame the target monster camp after channeling for 9/7.5/6/4.5/3 seconds. Buff camps take 12 seconds to tame and do not grant their buff upon being tamed. Reactivating this ability will cause the camp to attack the target or stop attacking their current target if a new target isn't targeted with this ability upon reactivating it. Cool Down: 15 seconds after the entire tamed camp dies Tame Range: 300 Reactivate Target Range: 1700 Reactivation Cool Down: 0.01 seconds Leash Range: 2700
Ability 2- Beast Tame: Hide Passive: Monster camps tamed with this ability gain 6/12/18/24/30 bonus armor and magic resist, 3/6/9/12/15% increased max health, and regenerate 3/4/5/6/7% of their max health per second after not taking damage for 6 seconds. Active: Tame the target monster camp after channeling for 9/7.5/6/4.5/3 seconds. Buff camps take 12 seconds to tame and do not grant their buff upon being tamed. Reactivating this ability will cause the camp to attack the targeted enemy or stop attacking their current target if a new target isn't targeted with this ability upon reactivating it. Ability 3- Beast Tame: Senses Passive: Monster camps tamed with this ability gain 10/15/20/25/30% increased sight range, 35/55/75/95/115 out of combat movement speed, and gain the buff 'Survival Instincts', causing enemy units who attack them to be slowed by 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% for 1.25 seconds. 'Survival Instincts' also causes the camp to gain Invisibility once the entire camp has not taken damage or dealt damage in the last 4/3.5/3/2.5/2 seconds and at least one of the monsters is within a bush. While granted Invisibility, the camp will also ignore unit collision. Active: Tame the target monster camp after channeling for 9/7.5/6/4.5/3 seconds. Buff camps take 12 seconds to tame and do not grant their buff upon being tamed. Reactivating this ability will cause the camp to attack the targeted enemy or stop attacking their current target and group around the target location. Cool Down: 15 seconds after the entire tamed camp dies Tame Range: 300 Reactivation Target Range: 4000/5000/6000/7000/Global Reactivation Cool Down: 0.01 seconds Leash Range: 5250/6250/7250/8250/Global
Ultimate- Animal Companions Passive: Upon leveling this ability, choose an animal companion to gain from: Boar, Bear, or Wolf. (This is selected in a similar way to Kha'Zix's Evolutions)

The Boar gains the stat bonuses from Beast Tame: Tusk and travels with the camp tamed with Beast Tame: Tusk. The Bear gains the stat bonuses from Beast Tame: Hide and travels with the camp tamed with Beast Tame: Hide. The Wolf gains the stat bonuses from Beast Tame: Senses and travels with the camp tamed with Beast Tame: Senses. While an Animal Companion doesn't have a camp to follow, they will follow and protect Roactar, attacking enemies who damage Roactar within 850 units, but not traveling more than 1050 units away from Roactar. Active: Activate to trigger the ability of the Animal Companion nearest to your cursor.
Boar Ability- Gouge The Boar's next basic attack will deal 40/65/90 (+40% bonus AD) bonus true damage and interrupt the target. Bear Ability- Enrage The Bear rampages, dealing 30/50/70 (+30% bonus AD) (+15% AP) physical damage to enemy units within 325 units and knocking them into the air for 0.625 seconds. Wolf Ability- Rip The Wolf's next basic attack will deal 50/75/100 (+40% bonus AD) additional physical damage over 6 seconds, revealing the enemy and reducing their bonus armor by 10/15/20% for the duration.
Each Animal Companion can only use it's ability once every 20/15/10 seconds, reduced by cool down reduction. Cool Down: 0.01 seconds

Thanks for reading and I would appreciate any feedback given! I wanted to create a champion like Ivern, but on the opposite side of the coin so to speak. ALSO, when thinking about Jungle Camps, it would be better to think of them in the Season 7 Jungle and not Season 6.
