[BASICS] Primary Class: Fighter-Marksman Hybrid (Ex: Urgot) Secondary Class: Support

Playstyle: AD-Based support or Jungler.

[LORE BASICS] Height: 9'3 Appearance: Mech-like being, organic factors trapped within a large construct of pale armor. A mounted blaster is mounted on the right arm of the suit, capable of shooting green plasma energy. On the left, there is a chaingun. The hulking metal creature is kept standing via two large metal legs that have three large spike-ended toes. Out the back, there's a large semi-malfuntional box, electricity showing out the top, void energy leaking through the bottom vent.

TL;DR Backstory: First officially captured voidborn, kept out of public eyes and was used to power a war weapon to be used when war broke out. Ko'Tan was pacified with an adapted drug, though, during a cult's terrorist attack on the lab that contained Ko'Tan and many other weapons, damage to the unfinished box on the suit's back has rendered the pacification drug unstable, and Ko'Tan was thrown into realization and is currently on a rampage, cutting a trail out of Piltover to freedom.

[BACKSTORY] Among the rips in reality that have appeared on runeterra, one birthed a pack of rather intelligent but weak drones. They remained in the wilderness near Piltover for some time, until they were discovered. Most of the drones were hunted down, killed, or captured. Ko'Tan was one of the few captured to bring back to Piltover for study.

Ko'Tan and his captured associates were subdued for weeks, and when the voidborn regained consciousness, he was... differed. His flexible appendages and claws were replaced with neutral-colored metal with odd hands he somehow had control of, and large legs. His attitude and thinking was also changed. He was not angry, or fearing, but he was curious and calm. Other beings that varied in height walked in and out, bringing tools to sheets, and glowing tablets. When he moved, they screamed and ran. Later, he was given weapons, and told to control these weapons. Ko'Tan had no idea how, but simply thinking worked. He remained doing the same thing day after day, until another odd stranger came to look. It was strange, their eyes almost had a familiar shade of purple that reminded him of where he came from. They came and stared for a few minutes, and preached with words he did not understand.

Explosions were heard later than night, his cell became open, many people came in, using magic and physical weapons to free him from his small known world. He took a few bits of damage to his back systems, then he realized -- he did not belong. He recognized the magic, the cultists, the purpose of his existence. He protected the cultists on their violent revolt. They lost some, but Ko'Tan gained much. He regained his previous knowledge, and more. The artificial elements of his suit became twisted and synced further with his own being.

With the finest weapons Runeterra and the Void, he has become a twisted hybrid of a weapon. He will not let anything stand in between him and freedom.

Along with the thoughts of freedom, Ko'Tan believes himself as the bridge between the Void and this dimension's weapons. He strives to control any weaponry he comes across, or destroying it entirely.

[KIT]

Passive - Genetic Juggernaut

Ko'Tan does not rely on mana, but he is heat-based. When cool, he is ranged. When overheated, he gains 40 movement speed, and 1% AD based on his bonus AD. Also when overheated, his abilities are buffed in varying ways.

Due to his reconstructive genes, after death, he gains a 5% damage reduction to whichever champion killed him last. If he goes on a 3+ killing spree, he gains 10% bonus attack damage and 10% bonus ability power.

Q Ability - Assault 40/35/30/25/20 Mana 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 Sec. Cooldown

Ko'Tan revs up his chaingun, firing in a straight line for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. He is locked to fire in one direction for its duration, UNLESS the ability is casted again.. Enemy champions or minions caught within are slowed by 5% , and take 5/7/10/15/20 damage for each .5 second they are within its range.

OVERHEAT: The chaingun acquires more force, pushing enemies back gradually as they are hit. If used while overheated, the cooldown is increased by 2 seconds.

W Ability - Techno-Field 65/60/55/50/45 Mana 10 Sec. Cooldown

Ko'Tan generates a mixture of void umbra and magic, reducing the damage himself and nearby allies take by 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% for five seconds. They must remain near him to keep the damage reduction.

OVERHEAT: The field becomes an unstable red umbra, which increases the range, totally removes the damage reduction, and hurting enemies for 20% of his ability power.

E Ability - Void Warp 65/60/55/50/45 Mana 25 Sec. Cooldown

Ko'Tan briefly uses void magic to draw in all nearby enemies, slowing them by 25% and reducing their armor by 5% for three seconds.

OVERHEAT: The warp sustains itself, instead of one quick movement, enemies are continuously pulled. though, Ko'Tan is 5% more susceptible to damage while the warp is active.

R Ability - Airborne Barrage 150/120/100 Mana 110/90/80 Sec. Cooldown

Ko'Tan opens his shoulders to fire a fragmented hextech missile barrage at a target location. After a brief duration, the area cast on receives a barrage, the missiles have an average hit range, and strike at random. If struck, the enemy champion is nearsighted by shrapnel, becomes slowed by 25%, and takes 50/60/80 magic damage + 70% of his AD.

OVERHEAT: The missiles do not nearsight enemy champions, but the damage they deal inflicts burn damage, and for each missile, they take 50 true damage over time (This can stack up to five times).

That's about it. This is a rather decent concept I thought of. I just put it down to see who may like it.
