(I won't be changing anything directly in the post other than to add concept art or notes to break confusion, as this would make some feedback in the comments just sound unimportant even though they impact that change.)

Lore:

"I'll know where my place is when I no longer have to draw fire..."

Just years ago, on an isolated island in Runeterra, there existed a kingdom named Romara. This island was under constant invasion by Noxians, each time Romara would lose more and more land. During this time, a young Romaran girl named Suror was born. The army begun to enlist minors, as they no longer had a choice. Suror was amon them, but unlike the others, she possessed extreme combat skills unrivaled by any of the other soldiers. She was said to be Romara's "ark", their savior to lead them to victory. Often Noxus would attack the shores where Suror lived, and every time the Romaran army made it there, Suror had already finished the job. During the final day of the war, Suror fought for the final piece of land Romara lost by herself, and appeared victorious. However, when she returned home, she found it ravaged in shadow, and she learned that the Noxians, although not intentionally, were merely distractions.

Mordekaiser, an undead warlord-king from Valoran, had siezed almost all of the kingdom in the span it took Suror to take a tiny fraction of that. She had fought back with all her might, and she was well capable of going toe-to-toe with the Iron Revenant, but his spectral wraiths soon came to aide him. It had all seemed like Suror would defeat him and his undead army, however that all stopped when she saw a terrible sight.

Her parents' spirits arose from their corpses, and they begun to charge at Suror. Quickly she dodged out of the way, towards the carcasses. She grabbed her father's hand cannons - as memorial for what she once had - and headed towards the docks to sail away from the island and live her life somewhere in Valoran. Mordekaiser was not quick enough to keep up with Suror's sailing skills acquired from Naval training. She landed on a shore near Bandle City, and began her journey to find a new home.

As Suror traveled, she realized some of the continent's threats were not capable of being dealt with by just her blade alone, so she used her swords as bayonets for her father's cannons, and taught herself combat skills - both blade and bullet - that were far from human. With this, Suror became the most feared wanderer in Valoran, and although none knew her real name, the ones she spared knew her story, and for her failure to protect her kingdom as all thought she would, she earned herself a title no one wishes to bare: the False Ark.

Abilities:

Passive: Remnant of Romara - Every 5 spell casts, the next attack or ability will have an additional effect based on W stance: Cannon - Sets the ground under the closest target hit ablaze for 5 seconds (425 radius), dealing X (Y% bonus Attack Damage) magic damage per second. Bayonet - Deals X% of missing Health in bonus physical damage. If you switch to cannon stance before you use this empowered hit, the buff will fade (as to prevent you from casting in melee form then dealing execute damage with ranged form).

Q: Romaran Crescent - Suror first strikes in a line, thrusting her cannons forward and shooting a short ranged beam that stops at a certain range (or just uses blades in Bayonet form). After .5 seconds, she widens her strike, hitting enemies in a cone around her. Both strikes deal X (Y% total attack Damage) physical damage and roots enemies for 1.5 seconds. A single unit can only be hit by 1 strike.

Hand Cannon range: 750 Swift Bayonet range: 375 Mana Cost: 60 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6

W: Fury of Redemption Suror changes fighting styles. Hand Cannon: Heal for 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% of damage dealt. 33% effective for her abilities (since they are AoE). Attacks have a range of 550 Swift Bayonet: Deal 25/35/45/55/65% increased damage. Suror also gains 30/40/50/60/70 Armor and Magic Resist. Does not count as a crit. Attacks have a range of 175

Cooldown: 2 seconds

E: Savior's Rush - Suror rolls in a curved path towards her cursor (think Diana Q indicator, but smaller and for a dash). When finished, she will spin around with her weapons, dealing X (Y% total Attack Damage) physical damage in an area around her.

Gap Closer range: 400 Swift Bayonet radius: 240 Hand Cannon radius: 500 Cooldown: 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 seconds Mana Cost: 70/75/80/85/90

R: Love Wishing to the Ark - Suror channels all bad memories from Romara, becoming enraged for 10 seconds. During this time, her attacks and abilites gain 200 increased range (overrides Rapidfire Cannon rather than adding to it), gains 50/70/90% attack speed, and healing effects are increased by 20%.

Mana cost: 150 Cooldown: 130 seconds
