Tiamat Irelia good for low elo

So I feel that as a second item after sheen or phage a tiamat might help with last hitting minions and the life steal helps with trades. With your q procing the passive you could dish out a whole lot of wave clear. It gives you splash damage against enemies that stand in their minion waves. So I feel like just a tiamat into ravenous later in the game after triforce and a second tank item like spirit visage would make you unkillable mid to late game.
