Zoe Spell Thief Skin

It'd be tough with modern skin requirements, since the defining features of the Spellthief Lux skin are the hooded garb and the wooden wand. Zoe's hair wouldn't accommodate a hood, and she doesn't have any magical tools. It would just end up as a recolor of the base with a slightly different outfit, and Riot doesn't do those kind of skins anymore.

Unless you were meaning an ultimate skin where Zoe's appearance changed to match the spells she picked up. That would be kinda dope.

I can see zoe being hooded cause of cyberpop and the wooden wand thing could be used to direct paddlestar/bop sleep bubble/passive+ auto

but its probably not that easy
