LeBlanc; Deception and Nuking Ability Kit
LeBlanc really does not play off her deception theme very well and her mobility is the thing that holds her back the strongest due to the lack of counter play that mobility grants. LeBlanc is a ranged mage, so mobility is not needed, she can become even more like an assassin without a bunch of mobility by adding different utility effects to enable her to assassinate and allows LeBlanc to deceive her target a lot better to make for a very unique mage-assassin.
So offer up your thoughts and feedback, do precisely tell exactly what you are looking at and offer solutions to help improve on the idea, otherwise I have nothing to work off of.
Here is my example kit:
Attack Range: 525 units Movement: 340 units per second
Mimic (Passive): Cooldown: 75/60/45/30 seconds @levels 1/6/11/16, reduced with CDR LeBlanc's next basic attack against an enemy champion will duplicate her last basic ability that was cast towards it.
Sigil of Malice (Q): Cooldown: 6 seconds; Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 mana; Range: 600 units LeBlanc projects an orb at the target enemy, dealing 50/75/100/125/150(+45%AP) magic damage and marking it for 3 seconds, dealing 150% damage against minions.
LeBlanc's damaging abilities against the target will detonate the mark to deal 50/75/100/125/150(+45%AP) bonus magic damage.
If Sigil of Malice executes its target then its cost and 70% of the cooldown is refunded.
Distortion (W): Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds; Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana; Range: 600 units LeBlanc gains 40/45/50/55/60% bonus movement speed for 1.5 seconds.
After 1.5 seconds, LeBlanc unleashes unstable magic around her, dealing 80/120/160/200/240(+80%AP) magic damage to struck enemies.
Ethereal Chains (E): 14/13/12/11/10 seconds; Cost: 70 mana; Range: 875 / 925 units LeBlanc flings an illusory chain in the target direction, dealing 40/60/80/100/120(+30%AP) magic damage and latching on to the first enemy struck for 1.5 seconds, grounding the target while the chain still holds.
If the chain stays on the target for the full 1.5 seconds then it deals an additional 60/90/120/150/180(+70%AP) magic damage and root it in place for 1.5 seconds.
Mirror Image (R): Cooldown: 100/80/60 seconds; Cost: 100 mana LeBlanc turns invisible for 1 second and creates an identical clone of herself for the next 20 seconds, matching her current health and dying if LeBlanc dies. If the clone is killed then it deals 150/225/300(+80%AP) magic damage to its killer and heals LeBlanc for 150/225/300(+80%AP) health.
The clone has harmless attacks and will copy all of LeBlanc's other ability casts from its location, dealing 30/45/60% of their damage.
(The clone can be controlled with either ALT + Right Clicking or by casting Mirror Image again.) (LeBlanc's and Mirror Image's abilities can damage the same target.)
