Having extensive colour blind options

A great idea to help colour blind players (like myself) is to be able to change the enemy team's health bar a different colour so that people can see it better. The green summoner's rift map and the red health bars are an unpleasant mixture and it's very hard to see, as they clash together for colour blind people. Changing the health bar to a different colour will add a helpful boost to colour blind players when they are playing League Of Legends.
