Gemstone Gifting

Dear Riot, I’m writing this because for the longest time I’ve felt like gemstone and even gemstone skin gifting should be apart of the game. It’s no different than regular gifting except the gravity of the gift is much higher. My older brother and I have been playing league for over 5 years now. I currently have 12 gemstones, and he only have 3 unfortunately. All I want to do is gift him the new hextech renekton skin that’s coming out. Please help me do this for him. My older bro is my best friend and since I’m currently in the United States Air Force, playing league is how we bond and stay in eachothers lives. If any of you have made it this far, thank you for your time.
