New Champion/Item

I was talking to my dad one day about league of legends should make a new item. I feel there should be a item that you can buy that allows you to see who's ult is up and ready. When buying this item you never how to turn it on it stays on and shows the enemy's ult and when it is ready to use but only shows like a little green bubble over them showing that there ult is ready. Who's with me
