Paint Champ

[This is a revised version because I think people may have clicked this when I had the title 'New Champ' expecting to see Ekko.] [Also my familiarity with Lore is low so I may get some aspects wrong.]

Lore

In the city of Piltover, a man (could be a woman, I'm open to suggestions) is bored. (S)He has always been tasked with working under someone else, never receiving any credit of his(her) own. (S)He has always been given the menial tasks and have lived his(her) whole life in this city, never thinking about leaving. (S)He longed for change but didn't know what to do. And so, (s)he continued to live their boring life hoping for something exciting to happen.

Unfortunately, Piltover has a very low crime rate. This made the possibility of something exciting happening low. Fortunately, when crime does happen in Piltover, it tends to cause a big commotion that's hard to miss. One such commotion that occurred happened when Jinx was being chased through the city. As she was causing havoc, she ended up blowing up a magic shop. This resulted in a colorful mess.

With wide eyes, (insert name) finally found what (s)he wanted to do in life. (S)He want to spread color to the world. The explosion of the shop made him(her) realize just how bland the city was. Everywhere (s)he looked there were colors, but none of them were bright and cheerful. So (s)he decided to use the knowledge from his(her) previous employers to create tools that could bring color to everyone's life. Unfortunately, (s)he didn't believe that there should just be color, (s)he believe that the colors should effect the people around them. (S)He also wanted to remember the person that changed his(her) life and decided to incorporate destructive ways of coloring.

Abilities (willing to change the effects, but would like to keep the concept)

Passive - Able to combine colors.

Q - Red Paint - Tech used from Ziggs. Using Ziggs' Satchel Charge, (insert name) controls when an explosion of red paint occurs. This paint spreads outwards forming a circle. Light - Tech used from Heimerdinger. Using Heimerdinger's Turret, (insert name) positions it so that it'll fire a continued red lazer in a single direction for 5 seconds. The continued usage causes the turret to burnout, making each turret only good for one use each.

W - Blue Paint - Tech used in honor of Jinx. Using Jinx's Flame Chompers, (insert name) leaves timed paint grenades that explode into blue paint. Light - Tech used from Viktor. Using Viktor's Gravity Field, (insert name) creates a field of blue light. But instead of using six conduits, this one only uses three. The power is reduced but so too is the deploy time.

E - Yellow/Green (Yellow for paint, Green for light) Paint - Knowledge used from studying Ezreal. Using the knowlage from Essence Flux, (insert name) fires a wave using pure energy. This energy is used as a base in which yellow paint is attached. This allows both the paint and the energy to pass through enemies. Light - Tech used from Jayce. Using Jayce's Shock Blast, (insert name) is able to fire an orb of green light. But unlike Jayce, this orb doesn't dissipate and can't travel.

R - Tech used from Jayce. Using Jayce's Transformation ability, (insert name) changes the colors from the primary colors of paint to the primary colors of light.

Effects

Paint Red - Burns both enemies and allies alike. Orange - Stuns enemies but slows allies. Yellow - Damage to enemies but speed for allies. Green - Poisons enemies but heals allies. Blue - Slows enemies and allies. Purple - Blinds enemies and allies. Black - When an enemy is on this color it immediately send them back to their base.

Light Red - Damages enemies. Magenta - Roots enemies. Blue - Slows enemies. Cyan - Gives allies mana. Green - Heals ally. Yellow - True damage to enemies. White - When this color is produced it creates a light wave that temporally causes all screens to go white.
