[P] - Master Bowman : Ranger likes to brag about his skill and fires off 2 autos at once every 6th auto.

[Q] - Skillshot Ability - Precision Shot (6 sec cd) : Ranger lets loose a carefully aimed arrow, striking for % missing hp and stunning .75 seconds. Killing a target refunds 40% cooldown (20% for minions) and grants a stack of Exhilaration. Exhilaration increases the damage of your next Precision Shot by 6% and lasts for 8 seconds. Can stack up to 5 times but only gain stacks by getting kills with Precision Shot.

[W] - Skillshot Ability - Dodge (10 sec cd) : Ranger rolls in a direction and gains a brief movement speed buff for 3 seconds. Can NOT go through walls. This ability is unaffected by cdr.

[E] - Skillshot Ability - Poisoned Arrow (7 sec cd) : Fires a poisoned arrow dealing % current hp over time for 5 seconds. At the end of the dot, it deals additional damage equivalent to the entire dot all at once.

[R] - Targeted Ability - Ranger's Ire (90 cd) - Ranger marks a target for 10 seconds. During this time, he gains bonus movement speed when moving towards the target and his auto attacks deal additional % current hp to the target. Additionally, his passive procs every 3 autos instead of 6, but only against his marked target. Killing the marked target grants 5 stacks of Exhilaration.
