Will Talon be receiving a chroma pack?

Are there any plans for Talon to be receiving a chroma pack? For some "reason" I have a urge to play Talon in a white skin but the only one he has in white (Samsung Galaxy White) isn't always available in the store so I would like know what the chances of him receiving one are.
