change system for smite

hi, I just ome up with an idea about an issue that has bothered me since the season 5, tha is the smite; my idea is putting the same system the smites has but for the whole item, for example, if you are using warrior with stalkers in late change it to the other smite without having to selling the whole item and rebuy it. something similar with the boots spells but with the items for jungle
