Aatrox campaign - Making Aatrox worth it

Aatrox is a champion In leauge of legends, which probobly took a fair amount of money and a small team to animate, texture, and voice act the Champ. But in reality nobody actually uses him and it's a shame, he is in-fact a cool looking champion, and I do not wish too see him be removed but right now he is just taking up a Champ slot. His problem is that he's horrible, i've seen lcs and professional players try him out for fun and even with full items, no matter what scenario he doesn't do any damage and just plain sucks. So what I'am proposing is a rework of Aatrox something along the lines of, adding more life steal too his attacks, giving them more damage and slows, making him scale with ad or ap more. Giving him more health and base armor, or making it cost less health to use his abilities. And on the day you release these updates (idk if you will) this would be the plan, Aatrox would be 25% off, the update would release, then an hour later a detailed void themed skin would release, With custom animations and colors, that skin would be as expensive as the most expensive skin at the time and would only be available for 10 days and then would become legacy. The solution, Aatrox would be used, riot would get some profit form him and the skin and they wouldn't have a useless slot just sitting in leauge of legends. ( or they could do an entire re work)
