Tanky chain based champion
Chain based skills CC and armor based skill set Not alot of damage but enough that is you stay in prolonged fights you will hurt. Warrior esq. Type attitude
Passive: chains of fate- [1000 unit tether range.] ***** can see an enemy champions chains and has the option to link to that targeted champion with his Q and slow the target by 10% while linked. In addition the enemy champion he is linked to take 3/4/5% of the damage dealt to him.

***** throws out his chain dealing magic damage. And stunning the target for 1s and have their magic resist reduced by 15% while the chains are linked. Hitting the same target within 5s will only deal 60% of the original damage. If the unit hit is an emeny champion with a chain, the chain is linked to *****.
W: *****- {45 Magic damage per sec} {Shield- 160/220/280/340/400+ 20% of total armor} [14s 85 mana 8s duration 300 unit radius] Passive- ***** gains 10% bouns armor Active - gain a firey shield. While the shield is on you deal magic damage per second. If you are linked to an enemy champion the damage is increased by 50% (67).
E: *****- {30/45/60/75/90+25%AP magic damage} [9s 75 mana 45% slow 4s duration] [1.5s stun before the 4s slow is applied] Passive- when below 50% HP you regen your HP and mana 100% faster. Active- charge to a location. Upon arrival slam the ground dealing magic damage ans slowing any units hit. If you are linked to a champion instead of charging to a location you are auto charged directly to the champion and stun the targets before the slow is applied.

Active- upon activation ***** will channel and link to all enemy champions in a set range and will set the chains ablaze and root them for the duration while the chain are linked and deals magic damge over the duration. If you hit linked targets together with this ablilty they are instead suppressed and for each linked target your ultimate hits the channel duration is increase by .5s. You may cancel this early. If you are you forcefully cancelled before .75s of casting your channel the cooldown is placed on a 10s cooldown.
[CHANGE LOG] 2/1/2016 - passive returned damage increased to 3/4/5% from 1/2/3% damage recieved. E Passive reduced to 100% from 200% Bonus regen.
