Aurelion Sol Ultimate Idea [NEW]

Please disregard my summoner name, I'm sorry.

So, what I was thinking was sort of a mix between ult and ult. It would spawn a star, with a cast time, perhaps, and it does on hit damage, and sort of pulses. By pulses, I mean every 2 seconds (at rank one), and shortening pulse times with each point in the ult. I'm guessing a slow would be nice. That's pretty much all I could think of right now.
