Remember Rugrats? Raptar?

I've been thinking about how it would be kinda cool to play with a t-rex/velociraptor character as a jungler and thinking of concepts they could do t. I wanted to spitball some ideas on how the character should be as far as gameplay, and possibly concept designs.
