New champion concept Hermes The living battery (place holder name)

Passive: Hermes can not passively regenerate mana. Hermes can only restore mana via summoner spells, being on their own teams fountain, or by being in exp range of a neutral monster, enemy minion or enemy champion when they die, in which case they regain a % of their maximum mana.
Q: Hermes drains health per second from targeted enemy champion, minion, or neutral monster. Hermes can move while channeling this ability, but drains mana per second from himself during the channel, after 2 seconds, the cost of the channel increases per second.
W: Hermes links his own spirit with an allied champion, increasing their maximum HP and decreasing their mana costs by a % while within link range. Casting this ability on an ally who is already linked with Hermes will give a small heal insead of another maximum hp increase, and will restore a small amount of mana.
E: Hermes shocks the ground around him in a small aoe, giving himself and nearby allies a shield for a % of his own maximum hp, enemies caught in the shockwave will be stunned for a short time.
R: Single Target ability that will switch a Targets Health and Mana bars for the next 8 seconds. In the case of champions who use energy, rage, or no resources, any resource they do have will be drained to zero, and their maximum health reduced by 25% (if an enemy) or increased by 25% (if an ally) for 8 seconds. Can only be used on champions.
